Tiring but still motivated ...

Life in NUS is not the happy go lucky type.. Especially if you stay in the hall.. Everything must be planned ahead... and we play hard and study hard too..

Life in KR is a good one.. you get to learn to grow up .. you get to do a lot of things you never do before... e.g. Painting a big banner for a concert...

Ya .. Your friend ZY here is in charge of the cultural management unit .. I have a team ... a very sophisticated team which I have to lead...

In that team ... there are some Indons... in fact half of my team is Indon. Indons are pretty good.. it's just that they are young (18 years old only) and not matured enough yet... but i managed to get them to work by offering them some porno as reward when they get the thing done... (WTF .. No choice .. i must get the thing done efficiently) .. *Laopo dun scold me pls*

Then there are 2 Malaysians ... of which one is me. The other one is a bit too shocked perhaps.. and i can see he got limited social skill... can't really communicate well and not really serious about things... all he cares is to get the thing done and lock himself in the room and study ... Sorry .. even I need to study too... and I don't just study .... I have a LDR to maintain ... and a team to lead ...

Then there are 2 pretty ( I must say that.. abo i say ugly meh ) Singaporeans... both Pharmacy students (it's a clue to my first point in this para) ... Well basically Singaporeans go home on weekends so i don't really get the chance to work with them yet... but as far as i've observed they are pretty efficient ... e.g. willing to ask whether are they doing the right things etc..

Hope things turn up on well this Tuesday's concert.. JJ's in the Choir and Aca group !! .. "CMU" .. gambate !

As for my studies... I'm very lucky to have 2 good lecture mates : JJ and Pauline :) .. super lucky in fact... and life science is cool !! Lot's of girls in deed ... so you can expect the lecture theatre to be a noisy .. wtf .. they never learn..

Also there are plenty of those who wants to court the Ang Moh professor by asking some silly questions that can be easily answered by Google. Singaporean girls really sucks... :( .. But i know we have to expect some super high standard from them when it comes to the exam ... as well as the bell curve stuff...

p/s : JJ and I went to Arts Faculty canteen to have lunch and we are both really disappointed... the food there sucks .. am i right , JJ ?

FWOC ( Freshmen Welcome Orientation Week ) - My life as a Kent Ridgean :) PART 1

Hi !! Everyone !!

Just to post this blog so that you all know than Mr. Wan Jr. is still alive and bumping like a pig in Singapore !!

My life in Kent Ridge Hall begin with what we called the FWOC - say Fwoc, fuok, Fuck ?!

LOL... and those seniors in-charged of FWOC are called FWOCkers (fuckers) .. lol ...

One of their motto is "who gives a fwoc ?!" .. say it fast and loud .. lol

Anyway .. my FWOCker is Sarah , a JB girl in Kent Ridge :)

She's like a mother to all of us.. wake us up every morning .. call us for dinner and meals ... make sure we are well hydrated ... THANK YOU SARAH !!

Then all freshies will gather up in the sports hall and have a seat ... (the hall has air-cond and its freaking cold)

Then we are allocated into our OGs ... My OG is Lygon with bumper cars as our logo :)

the seniors spent 3 months preparing this short but fun week for us all !!!

Basically we have to push each other to the finish line before others overtake us - without touching the ground and your butt has to stick on the chair ! It's all about teamwork :)
